9/20/2018 0 Comments Pitch Day!We pitched our legacy project called Penny Wars to the administration on Pitch day. Penny Wars has been a popular fundraiser in our community for years, so when we saw that this was a legacy project we jumped on it. I worked with my partners Dane Reid, Grace Twyford. We decided to raise money for the Imagination Library because we are passionate about helping others and this seemed like the perfect way to do it! We are currently raising money during Homecoming week, which is the 17th-21st. Since last year they made there goal $500 and they reached it easily we decided to make our goal $1000 dollars this year. We have expanded to all the schools in our cooperation, except for Brandywine Elementary. This year we raised the goal because of the increase in students participating. We learned that we needed to work out more of the fine details in our project and make a more concrete timeline. Overall, the administration enjoyed our legacy idea and has encouraged us to raise the most money possible.
